Attorney David W. Jordan

Mr. Jordan served as Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force, Advisor to the Federal Maritime Commission and Assistant Attorney General of N.H.

Mr. Jordan is a Court Mediator/Arbitrator helping to resolve cases without litigation. He is also Chairman of the N.H. Bar Association Public Protection Fund.

He has also been vice-chairman of the Andover Planning Board and served on the Proctor Academy Board of Trustees.

Mr. Jordan focuses on estate planning, utility regulation and complex business litigation.

Admitted to practice in: New Hampshire, New York, Washington, D.C. & California; United States District Court, 1st Circuit; United States Supreme Court
