GETTING FREE FROM DEBT

The purpose of bankruptcy is to afford to a person who is burdened with debt the opportunity to free themselves of that debt, and start fresh with a new lease on life. Bankruptcy exists to help you cope with a financial crisis.

Are debt collectors calling you? We can help! You may be able to tell creditors and collection agencies to call us instead. If you file bankruptcy, you may obtain a court order prohibiting debt collectors from calling you at all.
