NewsMay 2002Update on Hooters Lawsuit As promised we are keeping on top of the "Toy Yoda" case. The Hooters waitress, Jodee Berry, from Florida, settled with Hooters but the exact details are not known. However, instead, or perhaps in addition to the little green character from Star Wars, Ms. Berry can go to the local Toyota dealer and pick out whatever Toyota she wants. The restaurant maintains it was just an April Fool's joke, but who got the last laugh? |
